The starting line...

I never really thought of my twitter page as a mini blog but I guess its the closest social media method I participate in that I really express what I am thinking/doing but mainly what I read. I find it a great method to share articles that I found really interesting and think others (my followers) will also enjoy.

Our second lecture on the various social media sites that are available on-line was minding blowing, okay maybe that's an over exaggeration, but I really didn't think about the different types, over lapping connections and even some sites were unheard of to me. 

Well there it is...my first blog post, a few weeks in and I finally pulled together the courage to actually post it on-line, rather then writing and saving and leaving it on my laptop.
