Reviewing

I think as students we don't actually review things in our own words any more, but rather we like, share or tag others in events, music videos and special offers we see posted online.

For example, if I see or read about a restaurant that looks good, I check out their twitter, Facebook or Instagram account and if they have an offer or a picture I like, I tag a friend with the assistance of the @ button. Slowing add to the craze and occurrence of so many posts and videos going viral these days.

Tagging has got a new meaning and its all thanks to social media, will its definition be altered in the Oxford dictionary?? Well the fact that they recognise 'LOL' and 'twerking' shows that anything is possible. (Although the red line still remains to appear under these words while I write!!)
